Michael "Mike" Grace is the founder and principal of MetroCon Development. With more than two decades of experience in the North Texas region, Mike brings a comprehensive understanding of land development, municipal processes, stakeholder relationships, and real estate opportunity identification.
Mike's background spans public-private partnerships, economic development, business development and project coordination — giving him a uniquely broad perspective on what it takes to move real estate opportunities from concept to execution.
His professional certifications — AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) and MRCP — reflect a commitment to discipline, ethics and ongoing professional development. His North Texas network includes builders, city officials, investors, developers, landowners and institutional partners.
